We have a full-discipline engineering facility. Our engineering team is driven by a design-led mindset to take on complex projects and design smart solutions. The team is made up of design, mechanical, electrical and process engineers, programmers and die technicians.
All pultrusion, finishing and product testing equipment is designed and engineered at Pultron. By doing this, we build our customized equipment to the highest specifications. We can increase delivery speed and add further automated upgrades rapidly, to enable consistent mass production of a high quality finished product.

Our manufacturing units provide both a pultrusion and finishing solution.
We leverage in-house R&D and engineering capabilities to design, develop and build specialized finishing technologies.
This adds convenience for our customers and the assurance rigorous quality checks are managed through the whole process to delivery.
We perform over 50 different finishing technologies including:
- automated or semi-automated arissing to tapering
- coating, sheathing and over-molding
- hybrid pultrusion techniques (or modification to existing technologies)
- component add-ons or attachments and end termination accessories (couplers)
- customer-specific bespoke finishing techniques.
When these processes are combined with a high-performance pultruded profile, the result is a competitive, bespoke product and ultimately a unique ‘trade secret’.
